BISS Ch. Jenson Smart Cookie - "Cookie"
	Cookie has been DNA tested and is CLEAR. The Cookie and Venus story. The litter Cookie and Venus came from was a beautiful one with many fine animals resulting in four Champions. Deciding which to keep was a big problem. We decided to run on two bitches, Venus and Cookie. Both were lovely and it was hard showing them both at the same time and giving them the attention they each deserved. On a trip to the Dobermann Specialty show in Queensland Andrew Lafferty fell in love with Cookie and showed her for us at the show. They went on to win Champion Puppy in Show. He took her back to Melbourne with him and showed her with great success. Venus stayed with us and also had many wins to her credit. Both bitches had great wins ..... both winning Reserve Challenge at a National Specialty .... Cookie in Melbourne in 2000 under Peggy Esposito (USA) and Venus in Perth in 2003 under Adrian Woodfolk (USA). Andrew handled them both to these wins. Cookie wasn't shown at the 2003 National but her daughter won Best Baby in Show ... Jenson Hells Bells. When it was time for breeding we did a sister swap and Andrew took Venus to show while we took Cookie to be bred. The rest is history. Andrew and Venus became a show machine and were in the winners circle at most outings in Melbourne and around the counrty at the Specialties. They made a great team as can be seen in her record of wins on our achievements page. Venus had only the one litter to her nephew (Cookie's son) and produced Specialty BIS winner NZ Ch. Jenson Catch Me If U Can and Specialty Challenge winner Ch Jenson Interceptor. She is now retired from the ring and helps Andrew and Robyn raise their three boys. Cookie remains here at home with us. She has had two litters and produced five Champions so far with others close to their titles. She is now desexed and only goes to the dogs shows to teach the others to be naughty!

18 Jul 99	Queensland Specialty Show - Minor Puppy and Champion Puppy in Show.
21 Aug 99	Lillydale Kennel Club Pot of Gold Championship Show - Best of Breed (25 point challenge) and Puppy in Group under Dobermann Specialist Mr Julio Rueda (Uruguary).
28 & 29 Aug 99	Cookie continued on her winning way with Andrew by winning Reserve Challenge on Saturday under Mrs A.Soares (Brazil). To top off the weekend , on Sunday she won Challenge Bitch  under Mr S. De Castro (Brazil) , Puppy in Group under Mrs De Castro (Brazil), and Puppy in Show under Ms L.De Ridder-Onghena (Belgium).
21 & 25 Sep 99	Melbourne Royal - Handled by Andrew she won Reserve Challenge and Runner Up to Best of Breed from the Puppy Class, then Best Puppy in Group! The judge was Mr Fernando Da Costa Maia of Brazil.What a terrific effort. I wish I could have been there to see them. I hear they make a great team.
23 Jan 00	Cookie wins Challenge, Best of Breed and Junior in Show.
30 Jan 00	Andrew and Cookie cross the finishing line by winning Best of Breed and now are known as Andrew and Champion Jenson Smart Cookie. Well done!
22Apr 00	Cookie wins a deserved Merit award under Luis Fernando Ribas Silva of Charleston Dobermanns of Brazil at the Sydney Dobermann Festival.
25 Apr 00	Cookie wins Reserve Challenge bitch and Runner Up BOB under Mr Thomas Lim from Malaysia and then went on to win Junior in Group under Mrs Judith Brown from USA, a breed specialist.
27 Nov 00	10th National Dobermann Specialty of Australia - Reserve Challenge Bitch and Intermediate in Show - Judge Mrs Peggy Esposito (USA), a breed specialist.
17 Mar 01	ACT Dobermann Specialty - Best in Show - Judge Mr T Iwamoto (Japan), a breed specialist.
